Gravicask, listed with 7.4 % abv in the program, at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Near black in the glass, naked on the surface, a few spots on the glassware. Promising smell of dark chocolate and liquorice. Mid-sweet taste of liquorice and dark chocolate on a backbone of earthy malts. Slightly roasted finish, long-lived. Fine depth. A nice one. 9/2/2019. Cask at the 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, toffee, dark fruit and leather. Medium sweetness. moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Dark fruit finsih. Good.

Cask @ Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice, chocolate, coffee, hops and has a nice licorice dry finish.

Cask gravity at Siba South East 2015. Black beer no head thick liquorice port sweet sherry like Pedro jiminez oddly drinkable it’s pretty damn good. Strong and the burn comes as heat on the finish but it’s balance. Fun. Good chocolate caramel fun if unsubtle
