Gielas Amber Lager is a fresh and pure gluten free craftbeer brewed at the Arctic Circle by the Lapland Brewery. In the wilderness of Lapland Gielas means a long, dwarf birch covered ridge formed by ancient glacier rivers during the ice age. That ice cold crystal clear water still flows in Lapland and is an essence of our beer.

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Rovaniemi). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is nutty, toasted, grainy and some herbal notes. Flavour is toasted, some earthy, grainy and herbal notes.

Smell of malt, some raw berries. Red-tint amber colour, high beige head. Aroma of hops, grass, berries. Medium sour, lightly bitter. Lively carbon.

330ml bottle, via djoeye, shared with Finn. Huge pearl white head, some of it remaining over a hazed warm golden body. Fair lacing on the glass. Restrained aroma of grainy fruits. Moderate taste profile of ripe fruits and grainy malts. Bittersweet endnotes. Accepted. (Tromsø 31.12.2018).

Flaske spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien. Varm gylden. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Uklar. Maltaroma. Smaken gress & malt. Grei. Tørr avslutning.

Aroma malt tørr kaffe karamell sitrus. Utseende uklar mørk gylden mot brun med offwhite skum. Smak karamell malt mørke frukter. Malt og frukt. Flaske kjøpt i Kilpis Finnland via DjOeye, 33cl 5,2%

Bottled 330ml (KCM Rovaniemi, BB 10/2019)
Clear amber colour, small off-white head. Harsh aroma with some woody notes. Light-bodied. Crisp carbonation. Malty, light sweetness, somewhat harsh hops. Nothing special.
