This is a "session" Belgian Dubbel at 5.1% abv. The Belgian yeast gives a fruity flavour enhanced by the Junga hops. Assorted speciality malts give flavour topped off with Candi Crystals.
The use of low flocculating Belgian yeast means the beer has a natural haze.

On keg, half-pint, at the Pilot brewpub. Deep coal black body. filmy beige head, fragile lacing. Restrained aroma of dark malts and dark fruits. Blended taste of marmalade and malts. Rounded mid-sweet malt-fruity ending. Satisfying. (Mumbles 04.10.2018).

Fra keg på The Pilot, Mumbles. Ultradyprød / svart. Filmskum med litt farge. Beskjeden krydderaroma. Smaken balansert. Lett røstet malt & krydder. Lett tørr avslutning.
