27/6/2024. Cask at The Pilot of Mumbles. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small lasting creamy white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is malty, caramel, flowery, citrus, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Quite nicely done, and better than it was pre-covid judging by those ratings.

Cask ale, half-pint, at the Pilot brewpub. Nitro creamy white head blanketing part of the glass. Bright amber coloured body. Faint aroma of dough and dried fruits. Doughy flavours, a backdrop of ripe lemon. Foamy in the mouth. Average stuff. (Mumbles 04.10.2018).

On cask @ the Pilot of Mumbles. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - light lemon and pale malt. A touch of honey. Taste - lemon barley water. Dry lemon finish. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good dry finish. Overall - a solid citizen.
