Dark ruby, good off-white head. Light fruity (plums) nose. Medium-bodied. Carbonated. Fruity flavors (plum, fig) in the quite light malty base. Hints of sugar. Some yeasty notes and woody aftertaste.

Nice hazy reddish amber with a thin off white head. Sweet malt and fruity aroma, with prunes and light berry notes. Sweet caramel malt with peaty nutty notes, and a nice vinous finish. Medium bodied. Hybrid between a brown ale and a bière de garde.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A dark amber beer with a fine head. The aroma is sweet malty and the flavor is sweet with notes of roasted bread. A fine beer.

Dark amber ale. Brewed with rye. Light aroma. The rye can be perceived in the aroma. Nice taste, peculiar, smooth, enough sweet. Simple palate, not too much aromatic.
