Bottle in my garden a nice and hot summer evening. Clear dark brown, close to black body with a small beige head. Strong aroma of roasted dark malt, vanilla and Bourbon. Flavor starts quite smooth and soft with light roasted dark malt, coffee, vanilla, quite much Bourbon, wood and warming alcohol. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste that becomes more intense with Bourbon and alcohol, almost boozy but in a fine way. A really nice one made for sipping, perhaps it would have won a bit with a slightly cooler serving temperature than regular summer garden. Still very nice and solid.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. #214. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Svart. Høyt lysebrunt skum som daler ekstremt sakte. Litt filigranser. God kaffearoma. Smaken mest kaffe. Spor av lakris & bourbon. Tørr avslutning.
