Bottle @ Håndverkeren, Kristiansand. Hazy pale golden body with a big, fading white head. Aroma is quite fruity with distinct lemon like lemonade. Flavor is very refreshing with citric fruit, hint of oranges and distinct lemon, rather acidic in a nice and refreshing way. Reminds me a lot of a drink with lemonade, but I can’t say I noticed any whisky in aroma or flavor. Light and easy drinkable, still feels very balanced in taste and body but within the sour part of fruitiness as expected. Aftertaste is sour fruity/lemon with a little hint of sweet citric fruit. Nice and refreshing with no sign of yogurt as some of these kettle sours tends to have.

28.10.2018, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, lime, soda powder, sorrel, lime peel, grass, sour winegum, fruit salt. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, lime, sorrel, grain, soda powder, lime peel, fruit salt, sour winegum, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly grainy and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough so far. Probably a bit too fresh...

330ml bottle, batch 240, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Stable white head, leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Misty golden body. Fruity tartness on the nose, bone dry. Flavoured with citrus tartness, lemon, orange, and lactose beneath. Tart and dry ending. Okay cleanser qualities, but really not my kind of beer, (Tromsø 24.10.2018).

Bottle. It pours a hazy bright orange colored body under a finger-thick, diminishing white head. Some curtains. The aroma reminds me slightly of passionfruit when poured, at least on a little distance, but a closer inspection leads my thoughts to lemon juice and lemonade, with a hint of white bread and some bread dough in the back. It's deliciously sour on the palate, fruit-sour, with flavors of lemon juice, orange juice hints, lactic acid, notes of bread dough and pale mash. There's a touch of bitterness too, some fruity sweetness, but it's predominantly sour. Full body, quite smooth on the palate, I even suspected lactose to be added, and with a nice carbonation level. In the swallow the salt is showing up, but the beer is still on the sour side. Can't really say I detected any bourbon notes, neither in aroma nor flavor. That of course removes a bit of the whisky from the whisky sour, but it's a very fine, tasteful and refreshing beer no matter. 180809
