Aroma: Strong aromas of fine hops. Hop character and a very present citrus. A discreet malty side, can show hints of malt biscuit.
Moderate fruity esters. The hopping gives him some fine without excess herbaceous notes; Appearance: Pale gold, white foam; Flavour: Moderate hop character with a flower moderate to high citrus, finely malty character highlights show hops without too much bitterness. Some fine notes of caramel.
Moderate to high fruity esters. Bitterness asked but detectable at the first end and mouth dry and soothing, almost enough mouth. The hop flavours and light bitterness persist after a few minutes tasting and soothe your palate.

Bottle from the beershop in Locronan at Plage de Cleut Rouz. Murky pale straw with thin white head. Looks like nothing I’ve seen before, cool! Hay, grass, rice, lemongrass, bamboo. Light bitter, very grassy and herbal. Thin body, quite watery and low carbonation. A very unique beer! --- Beer merged from original tick of La Griffonne Blonde on 18 Dec 2017 at 11:37 - Score: 7.
