Bottle at Camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Slightly hazy golden with brittle white head. Sweet malts, dried apple, unripe green apple, weird booziness (at abv of 4?!). Light sweet, slightly overpowered by sour notes. Medium body, low carbonation. Terrible. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Bière Cidrée on 11 Jul 2016 at 15:34 - Score: 4. Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Eric for this bottle! Murky yellow. Aroma of apples, some sea salt, a spicy note and a farty note. Slightly sweetish flavor, slightly salty, slightly tart, with apples. Rather light-bodied. Weird but passable.

Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is lightly yeasty and fruity. The flavor is totally flawed byt too strong yeast and (wrong) fruity presence, Very bad.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a lively off-white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Medium body, sweet malts and fruit with your usual Mor Braz salinity. No bitterness. Please keep the salt out of my beer please. 010410

slightly aged sample Big white head, fed by lively carbonated, hazy amber-straw beer. Indeed ciderish nose, apples, fruity, even whiff of raspberry; sweet-sourish. Dry, grainy flavour, 100% at odds with the nose. Oxydation notes. Very carbonated MF, spritzy, again slightly fruity notes in the aftertaste, but in a sticky way. The clash between nose & flavour is too brusque not to be bothersome. Flavourwise totally uninteresting. I do not taste the added salt, and last but not least, this is produced somewhere in Belgium. Can believe they keep quiet about it. Thanks CK

An unclear dark orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is a weird mixture between apples, wood and malt. The flavor is salty and dominated by apples - this doesn’t do the trick for me.
