Tap @ Apotekergården. Slightly unclear pale golden body practical without any head, just a quick fading white film. Mild, very refreshing aroma, mild apple, slightly funky with a floral touch. Flavor is also, light, mild very refreshing apple, apple juice, touch of lemon, flowers and slightly funky. Very tart finish. Body feels light and alcohol is well hidden. Very nice and slightly original cider.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of funk, apple and tartness. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long tart, dry, funky and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

En frisk og fin sider. Mye syrlige grønne epler her. Både i aroma og smak. Kunne vært litt mer balansert i syrligheten. Farlig lettdrikkelig 6%er. Kan fort ende på slang i en eller annen hage gett. Også noe gjærpreg.

No head, slightly cloudy light straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple cores, fresh apple juice, hay, sorrel, flowers, apple peel, hints of oak and brett. Taste is slightly dry funky fruity, apple peel, sour apples, sorrel, apple cores, hay, flowers, brett, bark, hints of mild vinegar and citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, refreshing.

On tap at Apotekergaarden. It's a lightly unclear yellow colored drink with a small, white head. Funky nose with mashed apples, fresh red and yellow apples and a touch of orchard.. There's a light acidity in the flavor, almost like lemon juice, with fresh apples, mashed apples, some funk and a hint of alcohol. Not warming though. It's medium to full-bodied, dryish and lightly tart, with some carbonation. Lasting fruity finish. A very nice and refreshing cider even though it's quite strong. 171013

Apotekergarden 131017. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, funk, sourness. Flavor is apple, funk, citrus, yeast, farmhouse, lemon, grass. Delicious cider.
