Fra fat på Mikkeller Berlin 15 Jan 18. Ultradyprød. Lavt skum med litt farge. Tynn teppelacing. Baconaroma. Smaken skarprøstet malt & nøtter. Tørr ettersmak.

100ml on tap at Mikkeller Mitte. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer, coal black body. Malt-driven aroma of nuts and dark bread. Blended taste of oak, dark dough, and earth. Lingering, semi sweet malty finish. A bit mealy in the mouth. Medium bodied. Quite pleased. (Berlin 15.01.2018).

Draught. Nicely roasted aroma. Hint of liquorice. Dark brown colour, seems clear. Big stable creamy tan head. Roasted flavour, flowery hoppiness. A little caramelly. Spicy hop finish. Complex for the style. 7 3 7 3 15

Draught @ Altes Mädchen, Hamburg. Pours clear very dark brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of roast and malt, with estery notes and touches of cake. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee and liquorice and touches of yeast. Estery and roasty aftertaste. Decent.

33 cl bottle. Pours pitch black. Small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Toasted malty. Breadish. Light caramelish to malty. Toffee. Light herbal note. Bitter and slight sweet malty. Lingering roasted and toffee malty finish.
