Bottle in our hotel in Lannion with galettes. Sweet apple, lightning pear, mineral notes, light earthy, a touch of barnyard, lemon, sweet apple pie. Medium sweet, light tart and quite light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice fruity notes, not as much barnyard or farm notes as the Fermier name would suggest. Pretty goodnight overall.
