The managers wanted something that wasn’t like any of the other beers in the showcase and they knew it had to have RYE! They have helped us to bring you a very unique cask product, will definitely be stopping by a few Nicholson’s just to drink this (and I brewed it)!

Cask at the Woodin's Shades, London. Pours clear amber brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hop, tropical fruit, rye, caramel and grass. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, rye, nutty, bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Fra cask på Dog & Duck, London 16 Okt 17. Mørk amber. Filmskum med litt farge. Plommearoma. Smaken søt frukt. Blir litt tørr etter hvert. Gjennomført øl som gir mersmak.

Deep golden color with a fine off white head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Served quite flat and warm. Also a bit sweet. Dried fruits, rye and some spices. Maybe an ok ale. But completely destroyed when served flat and warm.
