Fra cask på Pride of Spitalfields, London 15 Okt 17. Gyldenbrun. Filmskum med litt farge. Lett aprikosaroma. Smaken søt malt med hint av plommer. I søtligste laget.

Cask at Market Porter with Sarah. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of light grass with a bit of sulfur and grain backed by earthy grains. Flavor has smooth grass hops with an earthy biscuit and grain backing.

(cask@The Lord Northbrook, SE London) Pours orange/yellow with medium/small white head and good lacing. Aroma of pleasing malts/hops. Medium to light body and light carbonation and taste is malt biscuit and light hops with sweet honey/orange on the palate. Very refreshing easy drinking and tasty ale this. Good stuff.
