Vom Fass (7,0%) im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-07 getrunken. In der Nase ist das Bourbon Barrel Aged doch sehr deutlich. Doch überraschenderweise am Gaumen dominiert eine weinartige Säure. Ein interessantes Bier!

Golden with a white head - Wood aroma with hints of vanilla - Malt body with wood flavour with some spicy oak and bourbon - Wood and some spicy flavours goes into the finish - This was good

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen. Shared with bergstaden and Finn. Filmy layer that laced well. Next to clear amber-gold body. Vanilla oak on the nose with hints of mid-sweet fruits. Mixed taste of fruity hops, vanilla sweetness, and oak joined with a subdued bourbon touch. Mid-dry fruity ending. Medium bodied. Pretty nice. (Trondheim 04.08.2017).
