04/12 A 0.33 l bottle, who knows where from, might be Carrefour in our street in Madrid. It poured clear amber body with medium sized yellow head. A bit toasted, caramel and nuts aroma. Slightly bitter flavor, mostly from alcohol, but also from fine toasted malts, toffee, brown sugar and caramel. Wood and nuts were present as well. Medium body with fine long bready and toasted finish. Actually, for what it is, not bad at all.

On tap. Reddish colour with an off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, nuts, toast and some hints of vanilla. The taste results medium sweet, with predominance of caramel. On palate is a medium body beer, creamy and soft thick and an average carbonation. From my point of view, one of the best industrial beers in Spain.

Can from El Corte Ingles, Bilbao, Basque Country, Northern Spain, 08.07.11 consumed at home 14.07.11 Pours clear amber with white rim of bubbles. Touch metallic and tinny but some bitterness and a tinny caramel flavour, some dryness, alcohol also showing. It’s not that bad, however not overly keen on the slightly industrial aftertaste. Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear, warm amber golden with tiny floating impurities and a small, rough off-white head. Fat malt aroma and some alcohol up there too. Full-bodied with solid malt accents, brewing cereal and a somewhat raw bitterness in the finish. 210309

Bottle. Vegetable aroma, hint of port. Almost clear amber colour. Small yeast bits floating around. OK caramelly flavour, good pepper note. Has a hint of port, but no more than acceptable to me.
