Nice big fake white head and slightly darker golden body than yer usual lager. A bit of carbonation, notalot, butalittle. The aroma is a lot of beer-can carbonation stench mixed in with just a leeetle bit of malt; but just a leeitle. The flavour is weak caramel with hints of idunnowhat, prolly cheerios soaked by too much milk, yeah that’s it. Watery finish. One extra point because the alcohol does not factor in at all with this, but just buy vodka already and stop supporting these crappy beer makers like I do. So yeah - I’m a hippo-crit. Or Hippie-crit. Or Hipster-crit. Your Choice.

Caña en varias ocasiones. Última en enero 2016 CDMA Oviedo. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo dulces y pastosos con sensación alcohólica algo seca. Normal y comercial.

Pours dark amber with thick rocky ivory head. Aroma is mild: cookie dough, toffee, pink pepper. Taste is round, full-bodied and soft, with a medium-lasting finish with almost no bitterness.

Tap. Clear amber-brown colour, short lasting head. Prominent toasted caramel in aroma and flavour, quite clean beer with no major flaws. Drinkable.

can from el corte ingles mallorca. wasn’t amstel dutch once upon a time?? panic rate as i realize i have way too many bottles to possibly fit the sutcase on the way home. dark orange, smooth offwihite head. actually looks quite nice. very mild aroma, slightly malty, slightly caramelly, no hops really. flavor is surprisingly good, caramelly , malty, good mouthfeel, sof,t , alc. is not in the way, but blends in with a nutty sweetness in the aftertaste. I always liked amstel back in the days when i didn’t knew better, and this one is not bad for a macro brewery, not bad at all. malty and caramelly brew, still held dry with a good dose of euro macro hops, without going metallic, and soft water treatment keeps it smooth, and the alc. is hidden by the ingredients.Heineken should agressively move this beer to the shelves, cause it is one of the very best macros out there.
