Our golden ale is beautifully light in colour from Pale and Vienna malts, bittered with Chinook and Challenger hops then massively dry-hopped with Cascade. Pale golden in colour and easy drinking, well balanced and full of flavour.

Pine, citrus & cedar flavours and huge citrus aroma from dry-hopping.

21st Sep 2018, 500ml bottle: BBE May 2019. Drank at home and poured into a vase shaped 'Old Speckled Hen' pint glass. Clear golden body, thin white head that although left lacing, it became a wisp and collar very quickly. Hop centric in both the aroma and taste, semi-bitter and fairly dry in the mouth.

Gravicask at The 25th Maltings Festival. Next to clear golden body. Fair lacing, diminishing white head. Fresh fruity hops on the nose. Modest taste of citrus and pine with some impact of leafy hopped bitterness towards the ending. Pleasing. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).
