Pint at the pub on cask, pours a mostly clear orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has malt, honey, some flowers, a little orange rind, some grapefruit rind too. Flavors of malt, cracker, orange, soap, black tea, some peach. Finishes a touch thin, but well made.

Fra cask på bryggeripuben som Crafty Swines No. 205 Mosaic Pale Ale. Amber. Lavt tett skum. Lett ferskenaroma. Smaken behagelig. Aprikos. Plommer. Lett tørr etter hvert. Grei den.

Cask ale, as No.205 Mosaic Pale Ale, half pint at Fat Pig in Exeter. Creamy white head, clear amber coloured body. Solid lacing all over the glass. Floral hops on the nose with citrus impact. Fresh hop fruity taste, tropical fruits and sappy orange. Mid-sweet fruity bitter finish. Smooth on the swallow. Pleasantly refreshing (28.09.2016).
