ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, herbs - floral, parsley notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, herbs, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191009]

Gravity cask at Maltingsfest, Newton Abbot 23/04/2022. Pours golden to pale brown with a white cap. Aroma: malt, carmel, leafy hops. Taste: light sweet & bitter, some citrus, caramel. Thin to medium body with light carbonation.

13/7/2019. Cask at The Bell, Launceston. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, hops, malt, caramel and a hint of berries. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tart edge. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Ok.

Cask @ Bell Inn, Launceston. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, berries, caramel and hops. Sweet fruity finish.

Hand-pulled cask ale, half pint, shared with Finn at Railway Brewhouse. A pearl white head to a warm golden-brown body. Fragile lacing. Modest leafy hops on the nose. Mild taste of citrus and with discreet malty sweetness beneath. Faint bitter end, Medium to thin bodied. Fair enough (Newton Abbot 27.09.2016).
