First brewed in collaboration with Tim Anderson, beer geek and Master-chef Winner 2012, this beer is a bit of a mouthful. We take a big Citra and Amarillo, dry hopped IPA as a base and ferment it out with a German wheat beer yeast before adding lashings of Japanese Yuzu. Its a kaleidoscope of flavours and it compliments a whole host of South East Asian dishes. The combination of the distinctly sharp yuzu, the punchy citrusy hops and soft wheat beer body is a real winner if you like your beers to bold and full of interesting flavours.

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Hazy deep amber colour lasting beige head. Yuzu fruity aroma. Same in the mouth with some more orange. A little bit of wheat and a bit of ester maybe. Yes lots of orange on the aroma. Some bitterness. Quite full in the mouth condition wise. The wheat is a little thin a suppose, needs a little bit more backbone. Orange throughout. OK.

Keg at the Euston tap. A cloudy hold n orange coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is lovely juicy fruit, mango, spicy citrus, pineapple fruits. Nice and juicy. Jintnof plastic on the nose. Flavour is composed of spicy citrus, canned pineapple, mango, wheaty, little dank hop. Spicy citrus rind. Really tasty. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, semi dry finish. Resembles a good east coast juicy IPA. Very good.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Murky bronze body with a thin white head. Aroma of lemongrass, coriander and a faint white pepper note - it smells like a Thai curry. Flavour of sharp grapefruit, lemon zest and kiwi fruit. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. An unusual, tangy beer. Interesting.

Citrusy, fruity aroma, notes of yuzu, orange, orange zest, some grapefruit, a touch of passion fruit. Taste is bitter, fruity, notes of yuzu, lemon, orange, orange zest, a touch of passionfruit, subtle juicy fruity sweetness. More juice than beer, nevertheless quite yummy.
