First brewed in collaboration with Tim Anderson, beer geek and Master-chef Winner 2012, this beer is a bit of a mouthful. We take a big Citra and Amarillo, dry hopped IPA as a base and ferment it out with a German wheat beer yeast before adding lashings of Japanese Yuzu. Its a kaleidoscope of flavours and it compliments a whole host of South East Asian dishes. The combination of the distinctly sharp yuzu, the punchy citrusy hops and soft wheat beer body is a real winner if you like your beers to bold and full of interesting flavours.

Off white thin head left a cover on a murky sand coloured still body. Tropical fruits, yeast & berry aroma. Medium body, soft on palate & smooth down the back. Plenty of fruity flavours here, orange, berries, sweet citrus, tea, herbs & a peppery finish

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared with Erwin Van Moll. Unclear cloudy orange color, full sized white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is malts, hops, lightly metallic, metallic bitterness hops with a distant touch of grapefruit bitter. Dry bitter and grapefruit bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok, but not very well balanced. Needs more fruitiness imo.

Can @Mad for Beer (Rome). Ambrata carica, limpida, schiuma media bianco sporca. Al naso sentori di mandarino, malto, bergamotto. In bocca ha un attacco dolce maltato deciso con un finale citrico amarognolo. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Sgraziata.

Bottle from Offie and Toffee, Londonshire. It pours murky pale orange with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, spicy, stewed orange citrus, yuzu, wheat and hay. The taste is bitter - sweet, bready malts, orange, nectarine, yuzu, grapefruit, tinned mango, spice and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty tasty, but could be a bit more bright. Decent anyhow.
