Well stored bottle. Dark brown, almost black body with a small beige head. Aroma is slightly oxidized with alcohol, coffee and dark malt, very nice actually. Taste is smooth malt, dark chocolate, coffee and warming alcohol, less oxidized in flavor than expect from aroma. Fine body and OK aftertaste. Nice but not amazing.

KØLF 060320. Black color with a brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is cocoa, coffee, chocolate, licorice, roasted malt, dried fruit, alcohol. Very nice beer.

Big light brown fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, oak, bark, dark malts, bourbon, yeast, grass, burnt sugar, paper, hay, sawdust, booze, coffee. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, dark malts, oak, weeds, bloodlike minerals, bark, bourbon, grass, roasted grain, booze, sour coffee, dark fruits, burnt sugar. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

Balck with a brown head - Malt aroma with some dark fruity hints - Dark malt body with some chocolate hints and some fruity tones with some alcohol hints in the back - The dark malt and alcohol goes into the finish - This was nice

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Delt med Egil på Øverhøgda 13 Sep 16. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum. Tynn lacing. Lett lakrisaroma. Smaken treaktig. Nøtter. Eikepreg. Ok - men litt uvariert.

500ml bottle, N 223 and 298, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A nice tan-coloured head to an almost black body. Clingy lacing all over the glassware. Inviting aroma of vanilla oak and chocolate. Vanilla and chocolate flavours joined by liquorice and molasses. Rich roasted, bitter ending sustained by warming alcohol. Full bodied. Perfect slow sipper on a dark Saturday eve (Tromsø 10.09.2016).
