This is our buddy from across the pond! We have put 4 different types of US hops in this one and double hopped her for the fun of it.. Light and easy drinking, if you like our Crack of Dawn put want less bitterness and more hops, this is the one.. Ooh and look at our new style pump clip! All of the other ones will head this way in the near future..

Cask handpump at St Aldates Tavern, Oxford, Sunday 15th December 2013 just prior to seeing Waterboys 25th anniversary Fishermans Blues gig at New Theatre Pours warm gold slight haze. Crisp hops little dustiness but good, refreshing, lemony, pithy, really nice, touch warm but otherwise excellent A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.7

Cask at the draft house Charlotte. Pale straw colour with a light haze and a loose white head. Aroma is earthy hay and light strawberry. Very light palate with low carb. Flavour is hay straw, earthy hop bitterness. Medium duration on the bitterness. Decent.

Cask at the Well and Bucket, Shoreditch. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is soft orange, tangerine, light floral, grass and squash. The taste is crisp, grassy, orange, grapefruit, light bitterness, waxy and floral notes with a dry, citric finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Easy drinking. Decent enough.

Cask (The Rake, Southwark) - Golden in colour. Grapefruit and soapy hops in the aroma. Lime, pineapple and grapefruit all feature in the rather harsh and bitter taste. Could do with a bit more balance for my liking, but it’s not bad.
