Cask at Whalebone, shared with Finn. Lasting pearl white head. Clear golden-brown in body colour. Solid lacing. Mid-sweet aroma of apricot and peach. Rather sweet fruit cocktail flavours including moments of pineapple, peach and apricot. On the sweet side of bittersweet to the ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying, not more (Hull, 25.11.2015).

Fra cask på Whalebone Hull 25 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Mørk gyldenbrun. Lavt tett skum. God aprikosaroma. Smaken blomster & bær. En fin fruktig bitterhet kommer etter hvert.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, pale amber. Bubbly, sticky, white head. Big Mosaic and Citra. Might not have guessed at Sorachi, mind. Hugely fresh and juicy. Taste is suitably chewy, sweet, and pithy, no nonsense bitter. Full, smooth palate. Big beer. Not subtle by any means, and feels a tad heavy. I could really fancy this from a keg. Stays very drinkable, though.
