330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow body with a moderate sized white head. Quite light aroma with pale malt and light acidic fruit. Flavor is mild pale malt, some yeast, close to infection type sourness and salt. Medium to thin body with a salt and sour aftertaste. Normally I enjoy this type of beer, particular when the fruit flavor isn’t to dominating. So far so good, but there is also a thin line between a sour beer and an infected one, this one is rather diffuse and not too pleasant even if it might be on the right side, I miss the funk. For me it’s too close to an infected beer.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes, shared with djoeye. White head, one-finger thick. Unclear grey-yellow body. Smell of dough and tart lemony hops. Citrus tartness to the taste buds, not extreme in any way. Lemony bitterness to the finish. Soft in the mouth. Decent thirst quencher (Tromsø 09.10.2015).

Bottle, batch 412. Pours hazy light yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet fruity yeast with bubblegum, sour wine gums, cloves and banana, as well as some lactic acid. Rather strange, but quite nice. Light body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is initially tart lactic acid and lemon, followed by fruity yeast with notes of sour wine gums, apples, bananas and soapy coriander. A very strange and schizophrenic brew, with nice lactic notes slayed by sweet fruity yeast from one second to the next. Should’ve been, would’ve been, but just... well, meh.

Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, unripe berries, sour grass, soda powder, wet hay, fruit stones, sap, bark. Taste is slightly sour-ish, weeds, fruit stones, soda powder, sour grass, paper, wet hay. Little bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

A really nice and pleasant «sour» ale that even my son enjoyed. He felt it reminded him of some unfiltered ciders. And I kind of agree to that. Nice unclear yellow color with a fine white head. Green apples, citric and fruity aroma. Fine body and a pleasant carbonation. Pleasant balance between sweetness and acidity. Green apples, mild lacitic, yeast, citric and fruity flavor. Semi dry ending. Well done.
