Unususal quanitities of Maris Otter Pale malt, generous use of caramel malt and a hint of crystal malt results in a golden to medium dark beer, 6 % ABV, with a lovely fullness and with tones of caramel. The beer is in a way a one hop bastard, as we have used the same hops for aroma and bitterness, Chinook. For more aroma we have used Cascade in the boil and perkulator.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben 13 Jul 15. Mørk gyldenbrun. Tett lacing. Søt fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Søt fruktsmak. Litt tørr avslutning.

On tap at Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of diacetyl. Flavour is slightly infected with diacetyl, with light grass and skunky vegetal notes. Something wrong here.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-14) Golden and little bit hazy. Small white head. Fruitiness, bit of grapefruit and some pine in aroma. Medium bodied and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Fruitiness, some grapefruit, pine resin, pine and btiterness in taste. Fruity and bitter aftertaste.
