Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and airy with fine carbonation. Light pale malt, semi dry. Hops are mostly mildly bitter orchard fruits with a trace of citrus. Some floral things. Light dry finish. It’s fine but I am not sure it’s giving the Baron hop the best possible showcase.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Cloudy pale gold colour with small white head. Citrus hop aroma and taste, but with a slight sweetness. Very drinkable.
