Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - amber with a creamy head. Nose - toffee and orange. Taste - astringent green tomato plant and resin. Palate - light to medium bodied with an astringent middle section that goes straight through to the end. Overall - this is very hard work.

500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light floral hops, light caramel. Taste is more of the same. Not a right lot going on. Faint astringency on the finish, then this builds to something unpleasant.

Lightly hazy amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry and crispy. Light thin pale malts. Hops are tangy orange and slightly bitter. Touch of dry floralness but the tangy orange dominates. Crisp dry finish. Clean and drinkable.
