Our Double Scoop project is a series of deliciously complex pastry stouts brewed with layers of real ingredients to unfold in your glass like a liquid baked delicacy. Thus Raspberry Chocolate Brownie edition is layered with tones of velvety rich chocolate, drops of vanilla and bold berry. It all melts together for a double helping of a silky, smooth, stouty treat, hold the sprinkles.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black, tan foam. Chocolate, raspberry, sweet with a sourish note. Pretty nice.

Can from HOTM. Rich and beep chocolate brown. Aroma has chocolate and raspberry. Taste roasted bitter and berry fruit. Smooth body.

Black beer, thin beige head soon fizzles out so it doesn't look like much. Smell is nicely balanced with chocolate at the forefront and raspberry just cutting through it a little. They nail the balance in the flavour too. Rich chocolate, toasty malt, tart raspberry, maybe just a very light hint of coffee with a nice smooth finish where the raspberry mellows into smooth, toasty chocolatey-ness. Very nice indeed.
