Chocolate and crystal malt sweetness is carefully balanced with roasted malt dryness. A touch of brown sugar and Belgian candi sugar complement the layers of Wisconsin maple syrup, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, Mexican vanilla beans, and fresh roasted Mostra Coffee beans. (vegan)

Can at home. Opaque pitch black color, small brown head that diminishes quickly. Aroma and flavor are malts, dark malts, mocha, candy sugar, lightly some coffee beans, maple syrup. Too sweet for my liking. Solid, but too sweet. Finishing the can will probably be tough.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a creamy/foamy darkish tan head. Aroma of maple, coffee and vanilla. Full bodied. Flavor is maple, coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate and toasted malt. Not at all dry. Yet somewhat bitter. Heat is present, but not intrusive. Tasty!

Canned, 473 ml. Shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Dark brown with tan head. Chocolate, lots of maple, cocoa, cookies, medium to heavy sweetness. Some bitterness in finish. Soft texture. Medium bodied.
Can. A black beer with a beige head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, maple syrup, sugar, chocolate. Taste of sweet chocolate, dark malts, caramel, maple syrup, too sweet.

16 oz. can. Aroma is bold maple candy and moderate coffee. Ok, the positive: The body is full with a thick mouthfeel. Good coffee and vanilla. Negatives: Maple and brown sugar nearly dominate to the point of making it overly sweet. I was kind of expecting it given the name of the stout. Rides the line of cloying.

Can: pours black with beige head. Aroma is maple syrup and chocolate... mostly sugar. Taste is sugar. This is cloyingly sweet.

16oz can from Tavour. Black, sticky pour, head disappears quickly. Still and flat. Chocolate, coffee and maple in the aroma. Taste is all of that plus some sweet vanilla. Sugary sweet, mouth coating, not detecting any warmth yet. Super tasty.
Maple syrup, coffee, vanilla extract. Perfect candidate for a baby can. 16oz too much, but very good nonetheless.
