On tap. Almost clear, pale golden body with a white head. Aroma is discreet malty, a bit fruity with traces of yeast. Flavor is really refreshing, quite dry, with hints of acid. Medium body with some bitterness in the finish. Kölsch is not my favorite style of beer, and I have only sampled a few one of this styles. This reminds me a bit about some I sampled at brewpubs in California i.e. a bit hoppier than the German type. It suits me well and I think this could be a substitute for Pilsners at the brewpub.
