500ml unpasteurized and unfiltered brew from tap served in a plastic glass at Tromsø Ølfestival ‘11, and further two more from tap at Ølhallen. Off-white head gradually reduced to a thin layer. Cloudy, dark orange body. Fruit hoppy aroma joined by slightly roasted malts. Earthy malts and fruity hops in fine harmony to the taste buds, a bite of citric shells and wheat. The best part is a prolonged hop bitter aftertaste. Well bodied and refreshing. Another good one from Macks microbrewery (Tromsø, 17.8 and 2.09.2011).
