500ml bottle from Murmansk. Spasibo to Kostja for bringing it to our XIII Rating Session. Golden like the cupolas in the Kremlin, with a whiff newly baked black bread with a hint of cumin. Dry. Cereal, grass and maize. Slightly salty finish, lingering taste of iron and blood. That kind of reflects Russian history, doesn’t it? (10. March 2011)

Thanks to Konstantin for bringing a 500ml bottle from Murmansk to our rating session in Tromsø. Nice bottle, kind of jubilee design. Frothy white head that left fragile lacing behind. Clear golden body. Modest aroma of pale malt with dusty hops. Flavour has got sweet fruity hints but leaves an impression of cardboard dryness after a short while. Metallic ending.
