13/10/2019. Cask at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, hops and malt. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Ok.

Clear amber color with a thin off white layer on top. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Some dried fruits and caramel malty flavor. Dull stuff.

Cask ale, shared with friends at St Andrew’s Brewhouse in Norwich. Deep mahogany coloured body. Naked surface. Dark caramel nose, fruity hints. Moderate malt-fruity taste profile, moments of toffee, caramel, liquorice and a backdrop of dark fruit. Vague bittersweet finish. Average (18.02.2017).

Cask @ St. Andrews Brewhouse, Norwich. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little berries. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, sweet berries. Medium body, soft carbonation. 180217
