Transparent amber-ish color with a tan head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Bready, roast/coffee and fruity flavor. Decent.

Cask, shared with friends at the brewhouse. Clear mahogany coloured body.Low, beige head. Modest smell of brown malts and dark berries. Taste of brown malts of nuts and coffee, hints of berry fruits towards the ending. Thin in the mouth. Nothing to get too excited about (Norwich 18.02.2017).

Cask at St Andrew’s Brewhouse, Norwich. Deep amber-red; no head. Seemed flat and low on condition despite the cask having only just been put on. Chocolate, toffee, red fruits and a little sliminess lead a sweet beer offset by a little dry wood at the end. Ok, preferred their Cork Cutters IPA.
