Bottle. BB, 5/2018 Hmmm, apple instead of banana, caramel instead of clove. Something went terribly wrong with this batch or it's just completely out of the style.

330ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. A snow white head to a misty golden body. Clingy lacing. Spiced fruity nose, ginger and clove. Subdued taste of mid-sweet wheat and honeyed fruits, with spices beneath. Banana sweetness to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Accepted. Sweet version of the style. (Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 13.10.2017).

Bottle 0,33l. Very hazy, opaque, yellow/orange colored. AROMA- banana in my bottle, but no more in my glass. Lightly sweet, tones of honey or caramel. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, smooth, not bitter, again some honey, vanilla or caramel tones. Medium bodied.
Not typical weissbier, but pleasant and tasty one.

Tap at Salon Piva. Golden color with huge white head. Wheat, banana, clove in aroma. Taste, banana, wheat, clove, some spices. Good.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy murky yellow colour, stable white head. Aroma shows lager-like eggy yeast. However taste takes a different turn. Quite prominent spices - as if actual spices were used in brewing. Clove, but in a different way than what the classic yeast strains produce. Overall fresh, enjoyable, somewhat sweetish. I rate it good despite the shortcomings.
