Bottle 201017. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, yeast. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, hay, grain, yeast, bread, pine. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden-orange beer with a rather heavy carbonation producing a dense, off-white, two-finger head. Fruity aroma with a touch of bread and yeast. Some peppery hints in the far back. Orange, grapefruit notes and some pine cone hints. It's medium bodied and a bit too heavy on the carbonation for me, semi-dry and with a good bitterness. It's a bit heavy on the yeast in the flavor, else it's quite pleasant with a light bready backdrop and orange, pine cones and grass up front. Some spiced notes too. Medium length fruity finish with orange the dominant fruit. A decent saison this one. 171031

330ml bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Hazy yellow-gold body under a snow white, lasting head. Spotty lacing. Doughy nose with citric hints. Modest taste of spiced citrus, hints of yeast. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Foamy in the mouth. Satisfying. (Tromsø 12.10.2017).

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, floral and grass. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, floral and grass. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

Tap @ Una Bryggeri & Kj�kken. Unclear yellow golden body with a lacing white head. Aroma is a bit dificult to describe but has this rather typical spicy Sasion yeast stamp, kinda herbs, flowers, grass and undedined fruity. Flavor gives some of the same impression as aroma, light, mild pale malt, with some kind of fruitiness mixed with flovers, grass and herbs. Bitterness is a bit sharp and grassy. Medium body and aftertaste. No big deal really, but not bad either.

Cloudy yellow color with a fine white head. Fine lacing. Looks good and inviting. Ok intensity in the aroma. Some farmhouse actually. Medium body and a bit to rich carbonation level. Fizzy. Mellow sweetness and a pleasant acidity. Dry ending. Citric, saison yeast, malty and some spices. Would have been very fine if the carbonation level was fixed. A bit surprise actually. This brewery have not had to many beer that are not mild golden. A camping beer….hmmm. I thought it was another one to please the mass tourists that wanted beer without taste. Yeah right. Give en hell Blofeld.
But I believed this was a really local product. I lived on that Tveit camping who is named on the bottle. But when I got home I found the same bottle at the local Gulating in Fredrikstad. Not funny.
