Bottle @ Håndverkeren. Clear, deep amber body under a dense beige head. Aroma has mild roasted, dark malt, dry fruit, fresh bread and toffee. Taste has the same elements, smooth, mild roasted, sweet malt, toffee, bread, dry fruit and moderate bitterness. Balanced body and the same malty aftertaste. Nice sample of the style.

Bottle, at Både Vått & Tørt. A clear chestnut colored beer with a dense finger thick beige head. Nice curtains. Bread, toffee and some wort in the else fruity aroma. Dry and medium bodied mouthfeel with a pleasant carbonation. A light bitterness elegantly supports the bready, toffee-ish malts in the flavor. Some burnt notes show up toward the dry, bready and fruity finish. Sure an acceptable dunkel. 190810
