An ultra dry pale ale well-hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin for a nose of citrus fruit and gooseberry. Highly carbonated and dry.

Keg at GI. It pours clear golden with a snall white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, perfumed, white grape, gooseberry, melon and fruit salad sweets. The taste is sweet, firmly dry, oily, toasty grain, grassy, white grape, straw, varnish, slight solvent and boozy kick with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A bit hard, but OK.

Keg at the London brewpub Shoreditch. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice citrus, dried mango, light flint, crisp grains. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation semi drying finish . Flavour is composed of dried citrus, lemon, chalky, white grape, lemon rind. Good.

One-third pint on a sample tray, keg at Goose Island Shoreditch. Near-clear amber coloured body, filmy layer blanketing the glass. Grassy hops and citrus on the nose, semi dry. Fine balanced hop fruity flavours of citrus and pinewood. Long lived dry bitter tail. Fine depth. Enjoying ipa. (London 11.01.2019).
