On tap at Både&. It’s a hazy orange-golden colored beer with a small off-white head. Lots of banana on the nose, with some herbal and yeasty hints. It’s a bit heavy on the carbonation, it’s medium bodied and sort of sweetish on the nose, with banana and yeast flavors. Unripe banana in the finish. Too carbonated and one dimensional banana flavor in this one. 160915

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, hay, flowers, dried grain, minerals, paper, bark, grass, hints of old cellar. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, paper, minerals, yeast, soil, bark, flowers, hay, grass, dried grain. Medium bitterness, watery metallic mouthfeel. Meh!
