A supremely-refreshing pale ale with a bold bitterness and zesty hop aroma that keeps you coming back for more. The addition of Golden Promise and Munich II malt ensures this beer has a depth of body and hint of sweetness which most session pales lack. This is small but mighty.

330ml can delivered from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Golden and clear with a fairly sizeable white head. Very light aroma, some hay and grass, a touch of stone fruit. Sweet taste, resinous and ready notes. Light bitter hop on the finish. Watery body, medium carbonation. A little bit disappointing, not much to it.

26/2/2022. Can shared with the ITFC boys at the Morecambe tasting. From Beers of Europe. Gusher. Pours clear golden orange with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, grass, stone fruits, light herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation.

Tap at Smokeworks Station Road, Cambridge. Odd fruity smoky cheesy aroma. Copper fold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Sour citrus with underlying malts and an almost smoky streak.. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Erm. It doesn't quite work. Was this actually a smoky restaurant?!

Can from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden with a big fluffy off white head. Nose - orange syrup from jaffa cakes. And basic base too. Taste - yeah, Jaffa cakes without the chocolate. Palate - light bodied. Fairly dry on the finish. Overall - ok.

Half-pint on keg at Smokeworks Tap in Cambridge. Patch white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Misty golden body. Modest smell of pale malts and noble hops. Mid-sweet pale malty flavours back by moments of noble hops. Drying end, short-lived. Clean on the swallow. Accepted. (09.07.2019).
