This version of the Triple C hops is Centennial, Citra & Columbus. Big fruity and citrus flavours, with a light spice finish, balanced nicely against a sweet malt backbone

Half-pint shared with ManVsBeer, cask ale at Polka Hop in Wakefield. White head to a clear light amber coloured body. Ripe fruit hoppy nose. Blended taste profile of lemony hops, citrus peels, and a backdrop of caramel sweetness. Drying ending. Rounded mouth feel. Satisfying. (04.07.2019).

Leeds Beer Festival 2019. Golden-blonde in colour, it's a very hoppy ale. The expected fruitiness from this hop combination was not found.
