Based on the Belgian wheat beer traditionally made with camomile, we had to shake things up a bit by using Jasmine to give this beer a new dimension. Think silky smooth mouth-feel with a slightly tart finish combined with coriander, bitter orange and jasmine to create a heavenly and easy drinking mix.

York Beer Festival 2023. Hazy golden coloured ale. Full-bodied with a medicinal styled fruity-sweetness about it. Hoppy-fruity nose.
