Tap at Koht. Black colour, brown reflexes, minimal head with decent lacing. Aroma is some resin from American hops, not too aggressive. Apart from it the beer tastes Belgian: dried fruit, mild coffee. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness. Full body, feels heavy. Yeah, it?s not bad, but I wasn?t very impressed.

Bottle @ home. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, dark malts, some roast and even a slight hoppy touch. Taste malts, dark malts, roast, roast bitterness, malt bitterness, a slight distant hint of smoke, moderately bitter finish with a slight touch of liquorice as well. Decent to medium body, average carbonation. Decent.

33 cl bottle @ Jannen sohva, Arabianranta. Aroma has salty licorice, soy sauce and mild herbal notes. Flavour has cocoa, salty licorice, soy sauce and mellow syrupy notes. Better than I expected.

33cl bottle from SIP veini- ja õllepood, Tallinn. Pours very dark brown, close to black, with a lasting, black head. Roasty aroma with dark, bitter chocolate, caramel, dark fruits, citrus and other hoppy notes and hints of alcohol. Fairly sweet, but feels balanced still. Not too easy to drink, but quite enjoyable. Warming alcohol, nice bitterness. Tasty sipper.

Bottle (from koht), batch 170, BB 12.01.2019. Pours dark brown with dark beige head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is burnt sugar, fruits, butter, diacetyl like notes. Flavor is sweet and harsh bitter, more burnt sugar and some burnt rubber, fruits, citrus, alcohol, and more diacetyl like notes. Finish is harsh burnt bitter and ash. Drinkability is really bad, the rating started from 3+, but as I drank it, I started to struggle more and more. It challenging to finish the whole 0.33L bottle by oneself. Overall: too harsh, no balance, not even comparable to good imperial stout or good beer for that matter.
