Bottle from the Valencia Market. At 5.4% Pours hazy amber with a thick off-white head. A lively pour that doesn't bode well I fear. There's a few lumps and it's very fizzy. Aromas is slightly sour, but the malt and toffee notes come through. Taste is light cocoa and toffee, faint herbs. Light sour finish.

bottle bb 7/11/20 ambrata leggera velatura buona schiuma abbastanza persistente piuttosto tostata biscottata in filo caramello piuttosto secca discreto amaro un po miele castagno

Draught, outside in the sun at Baixa Brewing in Albir. Crocheted lacing on the glass from a stable white head. Cloudy orange coloured body. Grainy, dried fruity nose. Fresh apricot and mid-sweet peaches to the taste buds, moderate malty sweetness beneath. Ends fruity, semi-dry. Rounded mouth feel. Likable. (Albir, 04.04.2019).
