Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e frutto della passione.

Draught at Baixa Brewing in Albir. A filmy layer over a hazed orange coloured body, spotty lacing on the glass. Moderate aroma of ripe citrus. Succulent taste profile of citrus, grapefruit and mid-sweet orange. Smooth fruit bitter finish. Medium bodied. Tasty. (Albir 04.04.2019).
