Embrace the haze. De senaste åren har en ny typ av IPA dykt upp med ursprung i de nordöstra delarna av USA. Fokus ligger på tropiska humlearomer och krämig munkänsla. Lushious är en sådan öl. Humlesorterna Citra, Mosaic och Simcoe ger doft och smak av mandarin, apelsin, ananas, mango och passionsfrukt. Vetemalt och havregryn ger en mjuk munkänsla. Både maltsorterna och den stora humlemängden ger ölet ett disigt utseende.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is spruce, some orange juice with mild citrus and wooden tones to it. Flavour is citrus, pineapple and mild orange juice and toffee to it.

Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. A really fantastic IPA. Great mix of gentle milky flavours ans fruity hops.(12/7/19) Re-rated, same place. Intense lycher flavours here. light gold. a bit sickly sweet with old hops added. 4.1 to 3..5

Can, huge thanks Nisse666! Murky ochre body, lasting white head. Graissy citric aroma. Perfumey, piney-citric hoppy taste on a soft body. Quite an atypical hop profile for the style, quite interesting.

330ml bottle, 6.5 % abv, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A chalk white head to a near-clear pale golden body, clingy lacing on the the glass.Blossom citrus aromas. Fresh fruity taste og grapefruit and mango. Rounded fruit bitter finish. Well bodied. Nice. (Tromsø 17.02.2019).

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. 6,5%. Gusjegul. Uklar. Lavt tett skum. Pen lacing. Metallisk fruktaroma. Smaken fersken. Søt. Grei men litt uvariert.

Gulbrun matt lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukt, mango, ananas og krutt. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Frisk fruktig, sydhavsfrukt og sitrus i smak. Mango og sitrusskall. Tørr. Middels lang.

Can from Systembolaget, e-order in October 2018. Hazy light yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, some pineapple and hints of mango. The same in the taste, also some hay and malt. The body was medium and the finish on the dry side.
