Even if Pils has never been among my favorite beer styles I respect the craftsman work behind a well made sample and think it’s a far better point to make a tasty classic pilsner than dry hop or add any popular flavors to a pilsner, other beer styles are far better suited for that purpose. Anyway, this is with no doubt a fine sample of a really nice and tasty classic pilsner. All the usual flavors are present, pilsner malt, grain, grass and even something fruity within the classic style. Its difficult for me to recognize exactly the difference between an ordinary pilsner and this one but perhaps best described as tasty as it’s possible to get within the style. Clean malt, sweet grain, grassy and fruity hops and god balanced bitterness. Just nice.

Aroma is floral hops with grass and light zesty notes, as well as grainy malts with cereals and hay. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grainy malts with bread, as well as floral hops with grass and a light herbal citrusy zest. Medium dry finish with grainy minerals.
