On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown cloudy colour with a small beige head. Aroma of raisins, chocolate, ryebread, nuts, ash and banana in the background. Flavour of leather, alcohol, grass and nuts. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. Nice aroma but the flavour is a little unbalanced.

Tap @ the brewpub. Served as Weizenbock 03. Clear amber body under a small tan head. Aroma of malt, bread, dry fruit and some alcohol. Taste is sweet and malty with bread, caramel, mature fruit, hint of banana and moderate bitterness. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste ending with slightly warm alcohol. Rather pleasant one, the best of my four samples this time.

Draught at the brewhouse, 200ml. A few patches on the the surface of a clear (!) dark brown body with a deep rustic tint. Faint lacing. Inviting smell of fruity bread and mild caramel malts. Rounded taste character of moderate banana sweetness, caramel, and doughy fruits. Lingering bread-like fruity finish. Well bodied. Good drinking. (Bodø 25.06.2020).
